VS150-E Foam Vacuum Cup Seal Fitting is a precision-machined anodized aluminum vacuum fitting designed to accept an EPDM foam vacuum seal for handling rough, uneven, porous, and textured products. The EPDM foam seal is NOT included and must be ordered separately. When fitted with the appropriate foam seal, the fitting creates a large sealing area that conforms to irregular surfaces, making it ideal for vacuum lifting and automated handling of sawn lumber, timber, stone, brick, concrete block, masonry products, plywood, OSB, MDF, and other rough-surfaced materials.
The anodized aluminum body provides a lightweight, corrosion-resistant mounting solution for vacuum automation systems, robotic EOAT tooling, CNC woodworking machinery, palletizing equipment, and custom vacuum grippers. The foam seal compresses against the product surface to compensate for variations in flatness and texture while maintaining reliable vacuum holding performance.
